Dr. Sukhjinder Thind

Dr. Sukhjinder Thind received her DDS from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada and began her career in Ontario before establishing roots in the greater Chicago area with her family. Since 2004, Dr. Thind has thrived in a collaborative group practice environment working alongside multiple dental specialists to deliver seamless dental care. Passionate about empowering her patients, Dr. Thind champions comprehensive treatment planning that offers personalized choices, allowing patients to take an active role in their dental health. Her patient-centered philosophy brings general dentists and specialists together under one roof to deliver high-quality, all-inclusive care tailored to each unique smile.

Dr. Shilpa Mailapur received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University and subsequently completed a three-year post-graduate residency program in Periodontics at Indiana University School of Dentistry and training in IV sedation. Dr. Mailapur has obtained the highest recognition for a specialist in the field of Periodontology by becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a distinction held by less than one third of practicing Periodontists.

    Dr. Mailapur regularly attends continuing education courses, to keep up with the latest in dental implantology, bone and soft tissue grafting and facial esthetics. She is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Midwest Society of Periodontology, Illinois Society of Periodontology and ADA. Her personal philosophy for the practice is to provide comprehensive periodontal treatment with the highest quality of service. She believes strongly in patient education and comfort.
